Shipping, Payment and Refund Policy
Listed here are our company policies, please read them over and email us if you have any questions.
Problems rarely occur, but in the event one does occur we have tried to address all possible scenerios and their resolutions below.

Orders generally ship within 10 business days. If you have any questions about this, please email us.

Transit Time
Times quoted are the average expected transit time from the time of shipment. Actual transit time may be more or less than the estimates posted here. All times are quoted in business days and do not include weekends or holidays. International times may be longer than listed here due to customs checks. If you do not receive your item in the expected time period check with your post office and/or customs office to see if they have it prior to contacting us.

International Orders
Be advised that international shipments take longer than domestic shipments. Orders can, on occassion, get held up in customs for some time especially if you selected economy shipping.
Make sure you check with your customs department to see if your intended purchase is an item you are allowed to import, and to see what (if any) duties you may owe. If you order something that your country has restrictions or prohibitions on you may not receive your order. At that point customs may choose to destroy your order, or return it to us. If it is returned to us (and you have notified us it is being returned in order to receive authorization) you will receive a refund of your purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee and minus all s&h charges. If it is not returned to us and they simply destroy it, you will not receive a refund or a replacement. You are responsible for making sure you are allowed to import your purchase. We do not cover lost or damaged items (unless you purchased optional insurance), customs seizures or duty fees.
We mark customs forms as "Commercial Sample" or "Merchandise." We will not mark the shipment as a "Gift." The gift selection is used when someone is sending you a gift, not when they are sending you your purchase. To mark your order as a gift would be mail/customs fraud.
International orders do not have a tracking number, but we can provide you with a customs declaration number upon request.

Combining Purchases to Save on Shipping
Combining purchases can save you big on shipping! It generally costs you far less to order 5 items at one time than to order 5 items individually. Ordering multiple items at once can help you save money on shipping charges.

Insurance
We are not responsible for items lost or damage during shipment. To protect your purchases please choose to add insurance to your order. Uninsured packaged that are lost or damaged will not be replaced nor will a refund be offered. You can purchase insurance from our "Services" category in the store. Domestic (USA) orders can be insured for only $2.40 for the entire order. International (no USA) orders can be insured for just $3.40 for the entire order. Please Note: We reserve the right to self insure at our discretion. If your package is sent self insured, it is still fully covered for loss or damage. Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable. Most of our insurance policies are held by a 3rd party carrier. Your shipping label & package will not be marked as insured since we do not insure through the post office. Rest assured, if you paid insurance you are covered for loss or damage.

Filing an Insurance Claim
Claims should be completed within 2-3 weeks from the time we have received all required documents (including pictures if needed) from you. Once the insurance company pays us for the claim we will reship your lost or damaged item to you unless other arrangements have been made. If damaged - Please save all packing material and package contents until further notice in the event they are needed to complete the claim. If you dispose of anything it may invalidate your claim. To complete your claim we will need a photo of the damage and a signed affadavit. Please email us to receive full instructions for submitting your claim, and the needed forms. If missing - Be advised that insurance claims for missing shipments can not be filed prior to 21 days for domestic shipments nor before 45 days for international shipments (60 days if in Italy). Claims must be received by us no later than 85 days from the date of shipment to allow us to get the claim into the insurance company within the allowed time period of 90 days. Claims filed before the required wait time is over, or after the allowed time as expired, will be automatically rejected by the insurance company. To complete your claim we will need a signed affadavit and a statement of non receipt. Please email us to receive full instructions for submitting your claim, and the needed forms. If you choose not to purchase insurance, you are choosing to accept responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipment and can not file an insurance claim.

Payment Methods
We accept Paypal and credit cards. If you wish to pay by personal check you may do so through paypal's system only.
Payment needs to be received within 7 days of purchase, and needs to be in US funds, or your order will be cancelled.

Handling Fee
Handling fees (included in your S&H charges) include modest fees to assure proper handling of your item, including add on services (at our choice) such as delivery confirmation.

Shipping Address
Your order will be shipped to the address you select as your official shipping address with payment. If you put a different address in the notes section, or even in a seperate email, it will be disregarded. This policy is in place not only to comply with the rules of Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, but also to protect you from fraud. Please be certain your address is correct prior to issuing payment. Also, allow enough time for your item to reach you. If you (for example) order a book media mail 1 week prior to a move, there is a good chance it will not arrive in time. If your order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address at the time of attempted delivery, you will be responsible for paying a reshipment fee to the correct address. If you do not, your order will be considered abandoned. If your order is lost in transit due to you providing an incorrect address as your official address, that will be your responsibility as well.

Email & Email Time
With all of the technology available, you would think email would be more reliable than it is. If you have emailed us and have not received a response either we did not receive your email or you did not receive our reply. In the event this happens to you, you are always welcome to call us at 928-567-5129.
Occassionally another reason may have caused a delay. Computer problems, internet problems, an ill child, or the sheer number of emails prior to yours. On any given day we receive well over 30 emails, send 30 more, and I handle them all by myself. You have not been forgotten! If there is a question about whether or not we received your email, please feel free to contact us again.

As you can see, we strive to ensure both parties are satisfied with the transaction. In the event that you are not satisfied, or have any question or issue that needs to be addressed, please contact us either by email or by phone for a resolution and we assure you we will do the same. Special Requests & Custom Orders
We are more than happy to attempt to locate an item that you want that is not listed in our store. We may even already have said item but have not had the time to list it. Locating special requests may take some time, please be patient. We are also happy to help you put together a custom package to suit your special needs. Let us know if yu would like assistance!

Items Marked Various
Please contact us with any questions or special requests PRIOR to purchasing from our store. Sizes, colors, designs and shapes may vary. Many of our items are handcrafted and therefore vary, so we can not guarantee your item will be exactly as pictured. However, we do our best to be as specific as possible with our items, and will note on the details page if the item is "various." Failure to contact us prior to purchase with questions and special requests may prevent such from being fulfilled. All sales are final unless otherwise specified. Please see our return policy below.

Picture Policy
We use stock photos that we have taken ourselves, or that have been provided by a supplier, and the same photo is reused in future listings. We use pictures on our listings to give you a general idea of what an item is like not to show you the specific item being shipped to you. If we had to take a picture of each and every item specific to a listing, and then match which item goes to which customer when they are virtually identical, we would have to raise our prices tremendously to cover the additional time and costs. By using stock photos we can give you a much better deal while still giving a good representation of the product you are receiving.
Gemstones are a special case. Unless the gemstone is synthetic, each one will vary in size, shape and coloring. To save you money we will usually mark the gemstone various on the listing to account for these variations.

Packaging
To saving you on shipping costs most items sent via First class, media mail or parcel post will be safely bubble wrapped and mailed in an envelope.
Paper products (scripts, spells, parchment, etc.) are first placed in a file folder to protect from bending and creasing.
If you would prefer for your items to be shipped in a box instead you may either upgrade to priority shipping or pay an additional fee for packaging. Email us for details. We regret having to add additional fees for this, but boxes add to the weight of the package and cost $1 - $4 each for the box alone, thereby increasing shipping and packaging. Due to the costs of the boxes we do not keep many on hand so it may take us a couple days for us to get the addtitional packaging.
The above does not apply to priority boxes since they are provided by the Post Office at no charge. For priority shipping you will only pay the priority S&H quoted to you, no fee for the box.

Insufficient Funds
Payments returned to us by our bank as having insufficient funds (bounced payments) will be assessed a $25 fee. You will be responsible for sending payment immediately for the total originally due plus the $25 fee. Bounced payments need to be resolved within 10 days of occurance or may be subject to collection, civil charges and/or criminal charges. A late fee of $5 will be assessed on bounced payments not resolved within 30 days in addition to everything stated above. If you discover a payment bounced before we do please contact us to assure that it will be resolved within the alloted time period.
Time is of the essence in these cases. Please handle insufficient fund problems as quickly as possible to avoid collection, civil charges, criminal charges and late payment fees.

Return Policy
Please do not send something back to us without receiving a return authorizaton from us first.
Lost or Damaged - If you receive an item damaged in shipping, and you had paid to insure the item, please save the item and all the shipping packaging and then contact us immediately. If you have not received your package yet, and it is beyond the expected transit time of the shipping method you selected, please contact us immediately. If insurance was not purchased for your shipment we do not cover it in the event of loss or damage.
Defective - We make every effort to ensure that our products are free from defect. Each item is carefully inspected prior to shipment. In the event that you receive a defective product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will make arrangements to get a replacement to you at that time.
This does not cover defects caused by shipping damage. For shipping damage policy see above.
Exchanges - If you have received a product and wish to exchange it for something else we carry please contact us. We only accept exchanges if the original product has not been opened or used. In the event of an exchange please ship back the original product. Be sure to include payment for any price difference between the 2 items plus the cost of shipping the new item to you. We recommend insuring the product you are returning since we can not ship your new product until the original is received by us undamaged and in sellable condition. You will not be reimbursed for return shipping on any exchange.
Returns - Unfortunately if a return is made we can not be responsible for the cost of providing you with your item. If you have received a product and changed your mind about it contact us. You must contact us with 2 days of delivery to notify us of the return. Your order must be shipped to us unused, undamaged and in sellable condition within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Please do not ship back an item that has not received a return authorization first. Once we receive the item, undamaged & unused, you will receive a refund of your payment minus s&h and a 20% restocking fee. You will not be reimbursed for shipping to you or your shipping back to us. Please do not just ship an item back to us without our knowledge. If we receive a package without a return authorization, we will not issue a refund of any kind. Those packages are considered abandoned and may be destroyed or donated to charity.
Canceling an order - If you wish to cancel an order you have placed, which has not shipped, you will be refunded your total amount paid minus a restocking fee equal to 20% of the item(s) price.
Packages returned as undeliverable - If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, such as if you provided an incorrect address, you will be given the opportunity to pay for the reshipment. If you decline, or if you are unreachable, your item is considered abandoned and the package may be destroyed or donated to charity.
